## Projects
- [OpenFeeder](https://github.com/jcviau81/OpenFeeder): An open standard for websites to expose their content natively to LLMs: a clean JSON endpoint at /.well-known/openfeeder.json instead of 200KB of HTML to scrape. Adapters for WordPress, Drupal and Joomla, plus a universal sidecar. Payloads measured ~18× smaller than raw HTML.
- [Sketchy News](https://sketchynews.snaf.foo/): A daily satirical-comic feed where real headlines become deadpan doodles, fully automated with an LLM, an image model and n8n. Just for fun, and the first site running OpenFeeder in production.
- [Voxyflow](https://github.com/jcviau81/voxyflow): A self-hosted AI workspace I built when the tools didn't yet handle project memory, orchestration and background workers: knowledge graph, kanban, RAG, scheduled jobs. Today those tools do it natively, so I use them instead. Kept online for the history and the lessons.
